The SheBelieves Cup is an invitational women's association football tournament held in various cities across the United States. SheBelieves Cup is an extension to U.S. Soccer's #SheBelieves program
The SheBelieves Cup in America, a tournament that features four teams from each team, is the latest initiative of the #SheBelieves campaign. US Soccer's grassroots movement to inspire girls to achieve their goals, the #SheBelieves program, was created to promote the SheBelieves Cup. The campaign gained wide attention and expanded its reach since its launch in the lead-up to 2015 Women's World Cup. It has also helped to create a unique bond with its fans and spread a powerful message on empowerment.
Visa sponsors the tournament. A tournament MVP will be given after the final game. The committee is made up of former players from the Women's National Team.
It is a tournament for four teams

There are four teams in the tournament: Brazil, England, Japan and England. The USA is ranked number one, while England and Brazil rank eighth and tenth respectively. Each team has won one match. The final will determine who will advance to next round. The total points scored and the difference in goals will determine who is the winner. Goals scored will also be taken into account. Head-to-head scores will be used if a tie does not resolve after 90 minutes. Each team is allowed six substitutions.
It's held in the West Coast
This year, the SheBelieves Cup is being played in two cities. The tournament was originally held in Orlando, Florida in 2014. This year's tournament will be the third, and it will be held in both Los Angeles and San Diego. The tournament will be held under strict COVID protocols, and will serve as the start of the U.S.'s qualifying year for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup and the 2024 Olympic Games in France. The Concacaf W Championship of eight teams will be held between July 9th and July 24. The winner will receive four qualifiers to the World Cup and an automatic spot at next Olympic Games.
The competition is a great opportunity for young women to break into the national team. The USWNT faces New Zealand, Iceland and Czech Republic, all three nations ranked amongst the top 24 countries in the world. The tournament has a track record of attracting top-ranked teams, such as Argentina or Germany. The USWNT was unsuccessful in luring Canada's Olympic champion to the USA in the past. Overall, however, the tournament has a mixed record.
