Brooke Henderson wins LOTTE Championship
Brooke Henderson, the LPGA's Brooke Henderson, is on track to win her sixth title. She led the LOTTE Championship leaderboard through 36 hole. The American has been searching for a win since January, but has been in great form this week, shooting a six-under-par total of 69. She averaged 25 putts a round in the first part of the tournament. Through two rounds, she has not made a bogey and has a total of 68 putts in her five last rounds.
The second round of the LOTTE Championship was filled with some tough conditions for the field, but despite the challenging conditions, Brooke Henderson is leading the leaderboard after two rounds. Mo Martin, who shot 7 under 70, and Shanshan (73) are two strokes back. Pernilla Lindsayberg, the other player who broke 70, is tied for 25th.

Annika Sorenstam trails Madelene Sagstrom
Annika Sörenstam is back in the lead on LPGA Tour after she shot a 5-under 65. Madelene Sagstrom, a fellow LPGA Tour star and one of her captain's picks from last year, joined her. The two shot a 5-under 65 to share the lead after the first round. Sorenstam will be playing her third LPGA Tour event this year, and her third overall since 2008. Sorenstam & Sagstrom will continue to play alternate shots on Friday.
Sorenstam was one of four players to shoot a 69 on Thursday, while Sagstrom is two shots behind. Both players still have the chance to win, but it is still possible to take home a trophy. Sorenstam is yet to win on the LPGA Tour. However, she has played several events this year, including the U.S. Senior Women's Open and the Michelob Ultra Open at Kingsmill.
Brooke Henderson won the LPGA's second straight event
Brooke Henderson, a Canadian golfer, has won the second consecutive LPGA event. The 18-year-old had a remarkable year last year. At eighteen, she won Toronto's Women's PGA Championship and was invited to the 2016 Olympics. In Rio she placed seventh in the women's round of golf. She holds the record of the Canadian with the most LPGA Tour wins. In April 2021, she will win her tenth LPGA event. Since her debut in 2015 when she was just 15, Henderson has won an LPGA title every year.
Brooke Henderson has now won three LPGA Tour titles with her win in Canada. She won the LOTTE Championship in May last year and also won the McKayson New Zealand Open and Meijer Classic. She set a Canadian record for most LPGA Tour victories. Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie were two strokes behind her. She was also awarded the Bobbie Rosenfeld Trophy, the highest honor in the LPGA.

Brooke Henderson won her second LPGA event with a perfect 64 in Los Angeles. After two rounds she was four shots behind the leader. But, she had improved her score to 12 under in the final round and was now one stroke ahead. Lindsey Weaver Wright (a newbie on the tour) was on her way towards her first win. Henderson's victory came down to a playoff after Henderson birdied its final hole.
The Canadian won the LPGA Championship at Seaview in addition to the win. Although she started the afternoon round four strokes ahead of Korda, she quickly recovered with birdies on the first and second holes. She made bogeys on Nos. 3, 9 and 10, but she then had a great round on the back nine. She putts as high as eight feet on the three final holes.
