Brooke Henderson wins LOTTE Championship
Brooke Henderson from the LPGA is poised to win her sixth professional title. American has been seeking a win since January. But, Henderson is in fine form this week. She shot a six-under-par score of 69. She averaged 25 putts a round in the first part of the tournament. Through the first half of the tournament, she did not make a bogey in any round. She also has a 68 in her final five rounds.
Brooke Henderson, who is currently leading the leaderboard at two rounds of the LOTTE Championship, was able to overcome some difficult conditions. She is two strokes ahead Mo Martin who shot seven-under 70 and Shanshan Feng who shot seven-under 73. Pernilla Linberg, who is the only player to break 70, tied for 25th.

Annika Sorenstam trails Madelene Sagstrom
Annika Sorenstam, who shot a 5-under 65 on Thursday, is back at the top of LPGA Tour's leaderboard. She teamed up with fellow LPGA Tour star Madelene Sagstrom, one of her captain's picks last year. After the first round, they shot a 5-under 65 to share lead. Sorenstam will be playing her third LPGA Tour event this year, and her third overall since 2008. Sorenstam and Sagstrom play alternate shots again Friday.
Sorenstam was one of four players to shoot a 69 on Thursday, while Sagstrom is two shots behind. Both players are still in contention for a win but still have a chance to win a trophy. Sorenstam has not been victorious on the LPGA Tour since 2008. She has, however, played at several events, including the U.S. Senior Women's Open in San Francisco and the Michelob Ultra Open in Kingsmill.
Brooke Henderson is the winner of the second straight LPGA event
Brooke Henderson, a Canadian player, won her second consecutive LPGA Canada event. The remarkable 18-year-old had an amazing year last year. At the age of eighteen, she won the Women's PGA Championships in Toronto and was selected to represent Canada at the 2016 Olympics. In Rio she placed seventh in the women's round of golf. She holds the record for the most LPGA Tour wins by a Canadian. She will win the tenth LPGA Event in April 2021. Since 2015, Henderson has won an LPGA championship every year.
Brooke Henderson is now the proud owner of three LPGA Tour championships thanks to her win in Canada. After winning last year's LOTTE Championship, she also won the McKayson New Zealand Open (June) and the Meijer Classic (April). She set a Canadian record for most LPGA Tour victories. Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie were two strokes behind her. She also won the Bobbie Rosefeld Award, which is the highest honor of the LPGA.

Brooke Henderson has won the LPGA's last two events
Brooke Henderson won Los Angeles' second LPGA event, winning with a bogey free 64. After two rounds she was only four shots behind the leader. By the end of round three she was at 12 under, one stroke in front of the leader. Lindsey Weaver Wright, a rookie on the tour, was on her path to her first win. However, Henderson won in a playoff after Henderson birdied her final hole.
She won the LPGA event at Seaview and also won the Women's PGA Championship. The afternoon round began with Korda four strokes behind her, but she made a comeback on the second and third holes. Nos. 3 and 9, she made bogeys. After making bogeys on holes 3 and 9, she was on a tear on nine.
