Ionescu's performance in the first half was not up to her triple-double mark. Her second half performance was great. The New York Liberty were able to improve their record by scoring 24 points and grabbing eight rebounds, which helped them reach 9-12.

Sue Bird's double-double
Sue Bird, Seattle Storm's guard, set the WNBA career assists record with 2,600. Bird's Friday night double-double against Las Vegas Aces was one in league history.
