Natasha Hastings ranks among the fastest women in the entire world

Natasha Hastings, the Olympic sprint champion, is also from the United States. She was going to get married soon and would retire from track & field to start a family. However, a series of unforeseen circumstances changed her plans. Despite everything going wrong in her life, she was able focus on her family and still competed in her last Olympics.

Natasha Hastings has been a two time Olympic gold medalist. She studied Exercise Science at the University of South Carolina. She won both the indoor and outdoor 400-meter NCAA Championships.

Jessica Ennis Hill is a great overall athlete in Britain

Jessica Ennis Hill, the Olympic and world champions in the heptathlon, is one of Britain’s most decorated athletes. Vinnie and Alison have the eldest children, Vinnie Ennis-Hill, 28, from Sheffield. Carmel, her younger sibling, is also her. At a young time, she was expected to become an athlete star. She was then spotted by Olympic coaches.

Jessica Ennis Hill attended Highfield High Schools and Dore High Schools. She later studied psychology at Sheffield University. She was always nervous before competitions, and almost fell ill. Despite this, she went on to complete her degree and become one of Britain's most successful contemporary athletes. She trained over 10,000 hours for the 2012 Olympics. She would perform plyometric drills in a Sheffield park, go through weight sessions and endurance sessions to reach the top of her game. After a year of preparation, she won the final event in the heptathlon, a track and field event.

Simone Biles is the female only athlete to have achieved such feat

Simone Biles began gymnastics as a child and has been a great athlete ever since. She didn't want to win an Olympic medal, but she did dream of a college scholarship. It was hard work and determination that paid off. She had already qualified for the elite sport level four times before she turned 14. Today, she has become the only female athlete to win three world all-around titles in one year.

Although she was a star pupil at Bannon's Gymnastix as a child, Biles was diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder at a very young age. Her mother, Nellie Biles, was an advocate for her daughter, as she taught her how to focus and set goals.
